In our New York studio, each coaster is made by hand in the French decoupage tradition. The artwork is laid in reverse on the underside, paper and glass joined with varnish, trimmed and burnished so the image blooms through crystal with depth and light. The top remains smooth to the touch, the details stay protected for years, you feel the craft with every lift and set-down.
A subtle raised rim keeps stray drops in check, the back is felted so it lands softly on marble, wood, or lacquer. Sold individually, build a custom swarm for the bar cart, or let a single hive hold court beside the evening tea.
