Old Glory catches the wind mid-wave, framed in red tulips and white stars, the kind of flag you'd find on a front porch on the Fourth, close enough to touch. Beneath bent glass it takes on a quiet permanence, the color deepening where the light rolls across the surface.
Handcrafted in our New York City studio in the French tradition of decoupage, the artwork is laid in reverse and fired into the glass one tray at a time, then individually signed by Ben. It is food safe, wipes clean, and finished with a felted back. A folded card recounting the centuries-old process travels with each piece.
Serve lemon slices at a backyard gathering, hold sparklers by the door, or stand it on a gallery easel where a little piece of America can be preserved under glass. Made in America, obviously.
