The Details

Good to know

Standard pieces ship within one to two weeks. Personalized and bespoke commissions are scheduled with you up front, typically three to six weeks depending on quantity and finishing.

There is no order too small for a thoughtful gesture, and we coordinate single-location runs up to 500 pieces. Larger programs are welcome, and your concierge will scope production with you.

Monogramming, custom decoupage, hand-lettered enclosures, and co-branded artwork. We will recommend what suits the piece and the recipient, and show you a proof before we begin.

One coordinated delivery for bulk orders, or individually addressed shipments for multiple recipients, each wrapped, noted, and tracked. White-glove and timed deliveries available on request.
