Every piece is inspected before it leaves the studio and guaranteed free of manufacturing defects. If yours arrives less than perfect, email a photo and your order number to hello@bensgarden.com within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit. Small variations in finish, color, or texture are the nature of handmade work - no two pieces are exactly alike.

We do - commissions are the heart of the atelier. Send us a photograph, a wedding invitation, a child's drawing, an antique map, or a logo, and our artists cut, compose, and lay the artwork in reverse beneath bent glass or crystal, so the image is seen through the glass with depth and shine. Yes - we make custom paperweights from your photograph or invitation. The French crystal dome is our most personal canvas - a photograph, a handwritten recipe, or a wedding invitation set beneath handblown crystal, where the dome magnifies the image the way water magnifies a stone. We review your artwork, send a proof before anything is made, and finish each dome by hand in New York City. Start with the Custom Order Form.

We keep a concierge for it. Companies commission pieces built from their own material - a logo, an archive photograph, the architectural drawings of a headquarters - or choose from the collection, and we deliver from thirty pieces to five hundred per location, each one wrapped and ribboned by hand. Harvard University, Chase, Berkshire Hathaway, Aman Resorts, Four Seasons, and Hotel del Coronado have all given Ben's Garden.

For hotels, resorts, private clubs, and residences, we make the piece guests take home on purpose - custom key trays, keepsakes carrying the property's crest or archival imagery, and vintage-map designs of the destination. Hotel del Coronado's room-key tray began exactly this way. Every piece is made in our New York City atelier and can arrive suite by suite or by the case.

Online sales are final - items cannot be returned or exchanged, so we are glad to help you choose well before you buy. Store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 21 days - bring your receipt and the piece in original condition, and any of our shops can help.

Orders begin processing promptly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed - so give the address, personalization, and quantities a second look before you complete checkout. We are happy to double-check anything with you first: 888-922-7646.

Standard ground orders leave us within 3-5 business days; expedited orders within 3. We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC by UPS, every order with tracking, and New York State orders include tax in the total.

Once your order ships, your tracking link has the latest delivery estimate - express delivery windows and shipping deadlines are the responsibility of the carrier. Need it by a certain date? Tell us at hello@bensgarden.com and we will do our best to make it happen.

Every order ships insured. If a package arrives damaged in transit, keep the box and all packing materials and file a claim with the carrier - they require inspection - and let us know so we can help you through it.

We ship within the United States from bensgarden.com. Beyond that, our work is carried by roughly 1,200 stockists worldwide - our Find a Retailer page will point you to the nearest one, and if it does not, write to us and we will help you find it.

Enter your code in the discount box at checkout and check that it appears in your order summary before completing the order - codes cannot be added afterward, and it is one code per order. If a code will not apply, email hello@bensgarden.com before you place the order and we will straighten it out.

Shop Pay is Shopify's express checkout, not something we run. If Shopify recognizes your email, it may text or email you a login code - that is normal and safe. If Shop Pay ever gives you trouble, simply check out as a guest, and for anything about your order itself, we are at hello@bensgarden.com.

A Ben's Garden gift card, physical or digital, keeps its full value while it waits - valid for at least nine years from purchase under New York State law, with no inactivity or service fees of any kind. If your remaining balance falls below $5, we will gladly redeem it for cash.
