Ninety-eight dollars a year, and that's the whole story. One price, one tier, nothing held back for a level above you — because there isn't one. Everything on this page is yours from the day you join. It renews on the same date each year, and you can stop that whenever you like. We'd rather earn the second year than trap you in it.
No hoops, no hard feelings, and no cancellation fees. Reach our Client Relations team or call 1-888-922-7646, and a real person will take care of it — usually the same day — and make sure your membership does not renew.
You'll keep every benefit through the end of the term you've paid for, and every gift we've already sent is yours. Consider it a fond farewell, not a breakup — and if you ever want back in, you're a Friend again the day you say so.
Happily — and it makes a rather good gift for the person who already has beautiful things. Tell our Client Relations team who it's for and when you'd like it to begin, and we'll set it up and make sure it arrives looking like a present, not a receipt. We've been making gifts by hand in New York since 1992. We know the difference.

First access means exactly that: Friends see every new design before it's announced to anyone — new collections, seasonal work, restocks. It matters most on the small runs, which have a habit of selling out before the newsletter goes out.
Early release samples go one better. We send Friends pieces that haven't gone into production yet, while we're still arguing about the glaze. You're holding the work while it's still being decided, and yes, we listen to what you tell us about it.
The pieces we most wanted to make, in batches small enough that we can. Made for Friends and offered nowhere else — not in our stores, not on bensgarden.com, not through wholesale. When a batch is gone it's gone, which is either wonderful or maddening depending on how quickly you moved.
It does, and it's the least filtered thing we publish. Friends are read into the journal at benbusko.substack.com, where Ben writes about what we're making and why, the people and places that push us forward, and the arguments we're willing to have in public. Think of it as the studio with the door left open.

Every transaction is linked to an order number, and that number came to you with your confirmation. There is always a thread to pull.
