18th Century Hearts Decoupage Glass Tray

Two crimson hearts, lifted from an antique love token, stand like a vow—simple, sincere, and impossible to ignore. We found the motif on an 18th-century postcard once slipped into a pocket and carried close to the chest; now it glows under glass, a small altar to affection.

Made by hand in our New York studio, the artwork is laid in reverse in the French decoupage tradition so the image blooms through crystal with depth and light. The bent-glass surface is smooth to the touch; the back is felted, the finish food-safe and wipe-clean—equally at home catching rings on a nightstand, corralling olives at aperitif, or standing on a gallery easel.

A pair of hearts for your true love, for weddings and anniversaries, for anyone who believes in the old magic of paper and promise. Each piece is individually signed by Ben and arrives with a card explaining the time-honored process.
