A single four-leaf clover, pressed flat and laid across the glass the way a nineteenth-century naturalist would mount a specimen: centered, unadorned, given room. The restraint is the point. One stem, one silhouette, and the eye goes exactly where it should.

Made one at a time in our New York City studio in the French tradition of découpage. The image is cut by hand and applied in reverse beneath bent glass, so it is seen through the glass with depth and a soft patina rather than sitting on a surface. No two are exactly alike; each carries the small variations of the hand that made it. Individually signed by Ben.

Hang it with a plate hanger, stand it on a gallery easel, or set it flat among books and objects. Food safe, wipe clean, finished with a felted back. A card explaining the découpage process accompanies each piece.
