Retail Sales Associate — Part-time, Stony Brook and Huntington

Greet and guide each client with focused attention, and share the stories of the artists and makers behind every piece. Ring sales in Square and Shopify, gift wrap and package each purchase with care, handle pickups, holds, and phone inquiries, and keep the shop styled, stocked, clean and organized, with displays fresh and photo-ready.

• 1+ year of high-end retail experience required
• Overwhelmingly friendly, enthusiastic and tech-forward
• Weekends and holidays are required for the entire team. Shop hours: Monday–Saturday 10–6, Sunday 11–5
• Full shifts on your feet. Lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs, bend, and climb step ladders to stock the shop
• Polished, classic dress: a cardigan with a skirt, or a button-down shirt with a sweater and trousers
• $20–$24 per hour. Final step: a paid trial shift

Wholesale Sales Representative — Full-time, Long Island

Find and open new accounts — boutiques, museum shops, hotels, and home and gift stores. Manage existing accounts, including reorders and Faire and wholesalebensgarden.com orders. Represent Ben's Garden at trade shows and turn conversations into orders.

• A track record in wholesale or B2B sales, ideally in home, gift, or lifestyle
• Organized, persistent follow-up; comfortable on the phone, on the road, and on a show floor
• $22–$26 per hour, plus commission based on experience. Trade show travel

Content Creator — Freelance, Long Island

Take hours of raw footage of Ben at work, find the moment worth watching, and finish it into a captivating 15–20 second video, ready to post. Bring your own vision and execute it start to finish — cut, pacing, captions, music. Shadow Ben on scheduled days, shoot on your phone, edit in CapCut, and deliver finished videos within 48 hours of each shoot.

• The edit is your strongest skill, and you finish things
• You can get to Stony Brook, NY by car or LIRR
• $150 paid trial (two finished videos cut from about an hour of our footage, within 48 hours), then $2,000 for a four-week engagement. Ongoing monthly work if it's a fit

Graphic Designer — Part-time, Long Island

Design for print, web, email, social, and packaging within the Ben's Garden brand. Carry each project from first sketch to final files, prepare artwork for print production, and work closely with the shops and the studio.

• Professional design experience and a portfolio required
• $20–$24 per hour
