Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the Carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping

When available international orders are shipped via UPS. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ben's Garden is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
