At first light the garden lifts its skirts—sweet peas, clover, and herb sprigs—while a whirl of butterflies arrives like confetti. Cobalt, tangerine, and milk-glass blue wings hover and kiss the petals, a whimsical chorus reminding us of metamorphosis: how seasons turn, how a room can bloom with one beautiful object.
Handcrafted in our New York studio, this tray is made in the French decoupage tradition. The artwork is laid in reverse beneath the glass, sealed and hand-burnished so the image glows with depth while the top stays silk-smooth. Food-safe and wipe-clean, finished with a felted back to land softly on marble or wood, and individually signed by Ben.
Set it out with lemon cookies and a bright spritz, or stand it on a gallery easel like a specimen from the conservatory. A folded card shares the time-honored decoupage process. For flower tenders, daydreamers, and anyone who believes a house should feel like a garden in flight.
